How is this different from the Signature Digital S.P.A.® Experience?
The Signature Experience gives you a detailed, custom plan and detailed instructions so you can implement on your own. The Premier Treatment is where we actually implement together. You’re not just leaving with a roadmap — you’re leaving with working systems. The Premier Treatment is ideal if you’ve tried DIY and it hasn’t worked, or if you simply want an expert by your side during the build.
How is this different from the Ultimate CEO Digital S.P.A.® Retreat?
The Ultimate CEO Retreat is a complete, done-for-you business systems overhaul — we handle everything, often with you minimally involved. The Premier Treatment is done-with-you: we work together on your top priorities, and you understand everything we build. It’s also more focused in scope. If you need everything transformed and want to hand it all off, the Ultimate CEO Retreat is the right fit. If you want targeted implementation on your most critical systems with you in the driver’s seat alongside me, this is it.
Do I need to have done the Detox or the Signature Experience first?
No — not required. If you already have a clear picture of what needs to change (even if it’s just “my CRM isn’t working, my email sequences are broken, and my client onboarding is a mess”), we can start here. We’ll begin with a Priority Assessment to make sure we focus on the right things first.
What kinds of systems do you typically build in these sessions?
It depends entirely on your business. Common priorities include: CRM setup and configuration, email marketing sequences and automations, client onboarding workflows, scheduling and booking systems, invoicing and payment processes, and getting all your tools to actually talk to each other. We’ll nail down your specific priorities before we begin.
What do I need to prepare before our sessions?
Access to your existing tools and login credentials, a list of your current pain points (we’ll help you organize these), and a willingness to be fully present for our working sessions. That’s it. You don’t need to be technical — that’s my job.
What if something doesn't work after we're done?
That’s what the 30-day follow-up call is for. And our promise is simple: if something we built together isn’t working the way it should, we’ll address it. I don’t do “sorry, time’s up.” Your systems working is the goal, and that doesn’t change after our last session.
