The Digital S.P.A.® Treatment is ideal if you've tried DIY and it hasn't worked, or if you simply want an expert by your side during the build.
The Digital S.P.A.® Retreat is a complete, done-for-you business systems overhaul — we handle everything, often with you minimally involved. The Digital S.P.A.® Treatment is done-with-you: we work together on your top priorities, and you understand everything we build. It's also more focused in scope. If you need everything transformed and want to hand it all off, the Digital S.P.A.® Retreat is the right fit. If you want targeted implementation on your most critical systems with you in the driver seat alongside me, this is it.
No — not required. If you already have a clear picture of what needs to change (even if it's just "my CRM isn't working, my email sequences are broken, and my client onboarding is a mess"), we can start here. We'll begin with a Priority Assessment to make sure we focus on the right things first.
