- Free tools (Tech Confidence Scorecard, Revenue Leak Detector): your first name, email address, optional website, and your answers, so we can show and email your results.

- Purchases (such as the CEO Diagnostic Suite or a Digital S.P.A.® service): your name, email, and billing details. Payments are processed by our checkout provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
