Refund & Payment Policy

Clear terms make for easy decisions. Here is exactly how payments and refunds work for each Structure Over Chaos® offer.

Free Digital S.P.A.® Consult and free tools

The consult, the Tech Confidence Scorecard, and our other free tools cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

CEO Diagnostic Suite ($47)

• This is a digital product. You get instant access to the tools as soon as your payment goes through, so all sales are final.
• If a link doesn’t work or you can’t get in, email us and we’ll fix your access within one business day.
• If you were charged twice by mistake, we’ll refund the duplicate charge.

Digital S.P.A.® Detox ($997)

• Refund before we begin: if you change your mind before your 90-minute session and before any audit work starts, let us know and we’ll refund your payment in full.
• Once work begins, all sales are final. Your session time and audit work are reserved for you, so payments are non-refundable after that point.
• 30-day clarity window: after your plan is delivered, you have 30 days to come back with anything that isn’t clear enough to act on, and we’ll clarify it at no charge.
• If you upgrade to the Treatment, your full $997 Detox investment is credited toward it.

Digital S.P.A.® Treatment ($3,000)

• Pay in full ($3,000) at checkout to reserve your start date.
• Prefer two payments? Ask before you book and we’ll set up two payments of $1,500: the first to reserve your start date, the second before your finished system is handed off to you. Same total, no added fees.
• You can move your start date once, as long as you let us know at least 5 business days before kickoff.
• Once your kickoff call has taken place, payments are non-refundable because your build time is reserved for you.
• If we can’t deliver something in your agreed scope, we’ll refund the portion of your payment tied to that work.

Ultimate CEO Digital S.P.A.® Retreat ($7,500, by application)

• The Retreat is by application. Once you’re accepted, you’ll receive your agreement and invoice.
• Pay in full ($7,500) to reserve your quarter spot.
• Prefer two payments? Ask when you’re accepted and we’ll set up two payments of $3,750: the first to reserve your spot, the second before your systems go live. Same total, no added fees.
• You can move your start date once, as long as you let us know at least 5 business days before kickoff.
• Once kickoff has taken place, payments are non-refundable because your build time is reserved for you.
• If we can’t deliver something in your agreed scope, we’ll refund the portion of your payment tied to that work.

Payment plans

If you’re on a two-payment plan, your second payment is charged automatically to the card you used at checkout. If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll email you and pause work until it’s resolved. Final handoff happens once your balance is paid in full.

How to request a refund or ask a question

• Email info@structureoverchaos.com with your name and the offer you purchased.
• We reply within one business day.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please reach out to us first so we can make it right quickly.

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. If you have a signed client agreement, the terms in that agreement apply.
